Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing B Stressless! Because we are open for appointments every other weekend, our availability is limited and highly valued. To ensure we can provide the best care for everyone, please review our studio policies before booking:

Health & Safety: For everyone’s well-being, if you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms or have been exposed to someone who has, please notify us to reschedule your appointment.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We completely understand that life happens. However, we require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service, which must be paid prior to booking future sessions.

No-Shows: Missing an appointment without any notice takes a time slot away from another client. No-shows will be charged the full rate of the missed session.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to protect the schedule of the clients following you. You will still be responsible for the full session fee. Please plan ahead so you can arrive relaxed and on time!
